An AI agent takes damage claims at any hour
Customers report damage when it happens. The agent answers, collects the details and opens a claim in your system.
What the agent does
It asks about the circumstances following an agreed script and gives the claim number.
It verifies the customer and the cover in the system.
It texts a link for uploading them.
The claims handler gets a ready note instead of a recording to listen to.

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent say it is an AI?
Yes. At the start of the call the agent says it is an AI assistant, as the AI Act requires. If the caller asks, it hands the case to a person.
Do we need to change our systems?
No. We connect the agent to what you already have: fleet system, CRM, telephony, email, spreadsheets.
What if the agent makes a mistake?
We monitor its work continuously, so a mistake shows up in the daily report. We find the cause, show the client a report and ship a fix as part of the subscription.
Where is the data stored?
We process it in the European Union under a data processing agreement, and keep it for the period agreed with the client.
